中国城镇供热协会



2023年9月4日-5日,由中国城镇供热协会主办,清华大学建筑节能研究中心协办的“IEA DHC第十八届区域供热与供冷国际研讨会”在北京市隆重召开,来自英国、丹麦、德国、瑞典、韩国等国以及国内供热专家学者、行业代表300余人出席现场会议。开幕式和主论坛线上直播同步开通,观看人数近3000人次。

Flue gas waste heat deep recovery unit

采用独创的喷淋式换热技术和热泵技术相结合,深度回收烟气(燃气电厂或燃气锅炉)中的余热,将排烟温度降至30℃以下,回收的热量通过热泵提升,加热热网回水,可将天然气利用率提高10%以上,消除烟气中的粉尘及冒“白烟”现象。

By combining innovative spray heat exchange technology and heat pump technology, the waste heat in flue gas (gas power plants or gas boilers) is deeply recovered, reducing the exhaust temperature to less than 30 ℃. The recovered heat is increased through heat pumps, heating the return water of the heating network, and increasing the natural gas utilization rate by more than 10%, eliminating dust and "white smoke" phenomenon in the flue gas.

2.余热回收专用机组

Waste heat recovery unit

也称增热型热泵,是利用少量的高温热源为驱动热源,产生大量的中温有用热能。即利用高温热能驱动,把低温热源的热能提高到中温,从而提高了热能的利用效率。其性能系数为1.5~2.5。

Also known as an enhanced heat pump, it utilizes a small amount of high-temperature heat source as the driving heat source to generate a large amount of useful heat energy at medium temperature. By utilizing high-temperature thermal energy to drive, the thermal energy of the low-temperature heat source is increased to medium temperature, thereby improving the utilization efficiency of thermal energy. Its performance coefficient is between 1.5 and 2.5.

3.吸收式大温差换热机组

Absorption type large temperature difference heat exchange unit

利用供热一次网水作为驱动能源,在满足二次网供热品质的前提下,将一次网回水温度降低至30℃以下,可提高热电厂供热能力30%,降低热电联产供热能耗40%,提高既有管网输送能力80%。

By using the water from the primary heating network as the driving energy source and pre-condition of meeting the heating qualityin the secondary network, reducing the return water temperature of the primary network to below 30 ℃, it can increase the heating capacity of the thermal power plant by 30%, reduce the energy consumption of cogeneration by 40%, and increase the transportation capacity of the existing pipeline network by 80%.
